The majority of Green's craftsmen are natives of Villa Garcia, a small village near Zacatecas, Mexico.

They are in the United
States through a
government sponsored
migrant work program
called H-2B.

Green continues to be
impressed with the
craftsmen's great work ethic
and strong family and traditional
values.

Thus, the company has been working
with the same people since 1998.
